Perfectly seasoned, juicy Baked Chicken Breast ready in just 30 minutes. High in protein, low in calories, and ideal for meal prep or weeknight dinners.

24 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Pat chicken dry and pound to even thickness.
  3. Rub with olive oil and season both sides.
  4. Place on lined baking sheet and bake for 18–22 minutes.
  5. Remove and let rest for 5–7 minutes.
  6. Slice and serve or store for meal prep.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to check for 165°F internal temp.
Add herbs or spice blends to vary flavor.
