Juicy grilled steak and shrimp skewers finished with rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

1 pound sirloin steak, cubed
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 tablespoons butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cut steak into cubes and place in a bowl.
  2. Toss steak and shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Marinate for 15–20 minutes.
  4. Thread steak and shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Grill steak for about 4–5 minutes per side.
  6. Add shrimp and grill 2–3 minutes per side.
  7. Brush with garlic butter sauce before removing from grill.

Notes

Add vegetables like peppers or onions to the skewers for additional flavor.
