1 lb ground beef, turkey, or chicken
1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen, squeezed dry)
23 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional: 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients gently until just combined.
  3. Roll into 1.5-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. Let rest briefly, then serve warm.
