A creamy low-carb broccoli salad with bacon, cheddar cheese, seeds, and savory keto dressing.

5 cups chopped broccoli florets
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop broccoli into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place broccoli in a large bowl and add bacon, cheese, onion, and seeds.
  3. In another bowl whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
