1 large egg
1/3 cup almond flour
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
6–8 mozzarella cubes or string cheese pieces
Optional: 2–3 tbsp sugar-free ketchup or tomato paste for glaze
