No-Bake Greek Yogurt Jello Cheesecake features a buttery graham crust topped with a creamy yogurt-gelatin filling that sets without baking.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package (3 ounces) flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Press into springform pan and chill 20 minutes.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and cool slightly.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Mix in yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  6. Gradually blend in gelatin mixture.
  7. Pour over crust and smooth top.
  8. Refrigerate at least 4 hours until set.

Notes

Do not add gelatin while too hot. Chill thoroughly before slicing. Store refrigerated.
