This creamy one-pot beef pasta is rich, garlicky, and packed with comforting flavor — made easy in one pan with minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 45 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 ½ cups uncooked short pasta
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown beef in a large pot, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Push beef aside and melt butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Stir in pasta, broth, cream, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Simmer covered for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in Parmesan and adjust thickness with extra broth or cream if needed.
  6. Serve hot with fresh parsley.

Notes

Add spinach or mushrooms for variation. Use mozzarella for extra cheesiness. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored for up to 3 days.
