This Creamy Lemon Feta Pasta is a quick, easy vegetarian meal that combines tender pasta with a tangy lemon-feta cream sauce, fresh herbs, and garlic. Ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, farfalle)
  • ¾ cup heavy cream (or ½ cup Greek yogurt + ¼ cup water)
  • ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 23 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley, dill, or basil
  • Reserved pasta water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil. Lower heat and add cream, lemon juice, zest, and feta.
  3. Stir until creamy. Add pasta and toss to coat, using pasta water if needed.
  4. Stir in herbs and season with pepper and red pepper flakes.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with extra feta and lemon zest.

Notes

Add spinach or grilled chicken for variation. Use Greek yogurt to lighten it up.
