  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 12 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni or cooked sausage (optional)
  • 2 tbsp diced bell peppers or mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F or prep microwave.
  2. In an oven-safe bowl, spread cottage cheese and season with Italian seasoning.
  3. Spoon marinara evenly over the top.
  4. Add chosen toppings in a single layer.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over everything.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes or microwave for 90 seconds until hot and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly, garnish, and serve.
