A kid-friendly comfort dish of buttery egg noodles, tender chicken, and simple seasoning — ready in 30 minutes and perfect for busy families.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz wide egg noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded or diced chicken
  • 34 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/41/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, or cooked peas

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles until just tender. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add cooked chicken, noodles, broth, and seasonings. Stir to combine.
  4. Add reserved pasta water if needed for moisture.
  5. Optional: stir in Parmesan or parsley. Serve warm.
