3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)
2–3 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, snap peas)
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
