Quick and spicy peanut noodles made in just 5 minutes with creamy peanut sauce and bold flavors. A perfect pantry-friendly meal or snack.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz noodles (ramen, rice, or spaghetti)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
  • ½ tsp chili sauce (or more)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 garlic clove, grated (optional)
  • 12 tbsp warm water
  • Toppings: scallions, peanuts, sesame seeds, shredded carrots (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar/lime, chili sauce, sweetener, garlic (if using), and warm water.
  3. Toss noodles in sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Serve warm or chilled with desired toppings.
