- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- ½ tsp chili sauce (or more)
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 garlic clove, grated (optional)
- 1–2 tbsp warm water
- Toppings: scallions, peanuts, sesame seeds, shredded carrots (optional)
