4 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons unsalted butter or coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Optional: mini marshmallows or additional white chocolate chips
1. Place cereal in a large bowl.
2. Melt white chocolate and butter/coconut oil; stir in vanilla.
3. Pour over cereal and stir to coat evenly.
4. Add crushed freeze-dried strawberries and optional mix-ins.
5. Place coated cereal in a bag or bowl; toss with powdered sugar until fluffy.
6. Spread on parchment to cool slightly and serve.
