12 lbs protein (chicken, beef, sausage, or beans)
1 cup dry rice or pasta (optional)
23 cups chopped vegetables (fresh or frozen)
23 cups broth, water, or sauce
1 can diced tomatoes or cream soup (optional)
Seasonings: garlic, salt, pepper, herbs, taco or Italian blend

Instructions

  1. Add meat or protein to the Instant Pot.
  2. Layer dry grains or pasta (if using) on top.
  3. Add chopped veggies.
  4. Pour in liquid and seasonings. Do not stir.
  5. Seal and cook on HIGH pressure 6–12 minutes (depending on recipe).
  6. Let natural release 5–10 minutes.
  7. Shred meat if needed, stir, and serve hot.

Notes

Always add cream and cheese after pressure cooking. Use frozen meats or veggies directly. Avoid stirring layers before cooking.
