2 fully cooked kielbasa links about 12 ounces each
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice kielbasa crosswise every 1/2 inch without cutting through the bottom.
  3. Cut into 2-inch sections and place cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  4. Mix Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic, paprika, and pepper.
  5. Brush glaze generously over each section, allowing it to seep into the cuts.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until browned and caramelized.
