5-Minute Zesty Chili Lime Marinade blends fresh lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, and garlic for a bright and bold seasoning perfect for chicken, shrimp, steak, or vegetables.

Ingredients

1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: 1 teaspoon lime zest or 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Instructions

1. Whisk lime juice and olive oil in a bowl.
2. Add chili powder, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix thoroughly until combined.
4. Pour over protein and marinate 15 minutes to 4 hours depending on ingredient.
5. Cook as desired and discard used marinade.

Notes
