1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can (15 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (15 ounces) creamed corn
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix whole kernel corn and creamed corn.
  3. Add sour cream and melted butter, then stir until combined.
