1 lb cremini or button mushrooms
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4–5 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)
Salt and pepper to taste
1–2 tbsp white wine, lemon juice, or balsamic (optional)
2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
