1 cup milk
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 can (21 ounces) lemon pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt butter in a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  3. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Stir in milk and lemon zest to form batter.
  5. Pour batter over melted butter without stirring.
  6. Spoon lemon pie filling evenly over batter.
