Crispy quesadillas filled with seasoned beef, melted cheese, onions, pickles, and burger sauce for a hearty skillet meal.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
4 flour tortillas
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
1 small onion, diced
1/2 cup pickles, chopped
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Cook and brown ground beef with seasoning.
  2. Prepare burger sauce.
  3. Layer tortilla with cheese, beef, onions, and pickles.
  4. Add top tortilla and cook in skillet.
  5. Flip and cook until crispy and melted.
  6. Slice and serve with sauce.

Notes

Cook on medium heat for best crisp texture.
