8 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons capers, drained and chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Bagel chips, mini bagels, or crackers for serving
1. Chop smoked salmon into small pieces. Soften cream cheese.
2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl; beat until smooth.
