This spicy one-pot Creamy Garlic Butter Steak & Pasta combines tender steak, garlicky cream sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta in a rich, bold dish made in one skillet.

Ingredients

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
Salt & pepper
3 tbsp butter, divided
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika or Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 1/2 cups chicken or beef broth
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
8 oz dry pasta (penne or rigatoni)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 tbsp chili paste (optional)
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear in butter and garlic until browned. Remove and rest.
In same skillet, sauté more garlic, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Add broth and cream. Stir in pasta.
Simmer uncovered 12–14 minutes until pasta is al dente.
Stir in Parmesan and sliced steak. Add chili paste if using.
Toss to coat and heat through. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Adjust spice level to your taste.
Add spinach, mushrooms, or other veggies if desired.
Great for meal prep—reheat with a splash of cream or broth.
