Salt & pepper
1 tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
ΒΌ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar or honey
2 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
3 tbsp water
1 tsp cornstarch (for sauce)
3 cups cooked white or brown rice
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
Green onions, sesame seeds, veggies (optional for topping)
