12 oz penne or rotini pasta
2 cups marinara or pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup sliced pepperoni
1 cup optional toppings: mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, sausage, etc.
1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain.
Mix pasta with sauce, half of mozzarella, and optional toppings.
Pour into dish. Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni.
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Customize with any pizza toppings you like.
Add red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
