Mini pizza cupcakes with soft dough, tangy sauce, melted cheese, and kid-friendly toppings, perfect for snacks or parties.

Ingredients

1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Optional: sliced mushrooms, black olives, or cooked sausage

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Cut dough into 12 squares and press into muffin cups.
  3. Spread a teaspoon of pizza sauce into each cup; sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  4. Add cheese and toppings; press lightly.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over tops; bake 12–15 minutes until dough is cooked and edges are golden.
  6. Cool 2–3 minutes before removing; serve warm.

Notes

Customize toppings to taste. Freeze baked cupcakes for later use. Use whole-wheat dough for healthier option.
