1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Optional toppings: pepperoni slices, sliced olives, bell peppers, or jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness on a parchment-lined sheet.
  2. Spread tomato sauce over dough, leaving edges bare. Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Top with shredded mozzarella and optional toppings. Brush edges with olive oil.
  4. Bake 10–15 minutes until cheese melts and edges are golden.
  5. Cut into bite-sized chips; return to oven 5 minutes for extra crisp, if desired.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
