Ingredients

3 ripe avocados
1 lime, juiced
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 small jalapeño, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
12 tortilla cups or baked wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocados in a bowl until smooth or slightly chunky.
  2. Stir in lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  4. Arrange cups on a tray.
  5. Spoon guacamole into each cup just before serving.
  6. Garnish if desired and serve immediately.
