6–7 cups chopped green cabbage

4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup broth or milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
