1.5 pounds chicken breast, cubed
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup chicken broth
Salt, pepper, thyme, paprika
Parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken in skillet until lightly golden.
  2. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter.
  4. Add garlic and seasonings.
  5. Pour in broth and simmer.

  7. Thicken sauce if needed.
