This Garlic Butter Beef Pasta combines lean ground beef, tender pasta, and a rich, garlicky butter sauce for a quick and easy weeknight dinner. It’s full of flavor, budget-friendly, and ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 5 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes

  • ¼ cup reserved pasta water

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: Parmesan, parsley, spinach, lemon juice

Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted water; reserve ¼ cup water, drain and set aside.

  • Brown ground beef in skillet, season, and drain fat. Remove and set aside.

  • In same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.

  • Return beef, add pasta and reserved water. Toss to coat everything in sauce.

  • Serve with cheese and fresh parsley.

Notes

  • Swap beef for turkey or plant-based meat

  • Add veggies like spinach, tomatoes, or mushrooms

  • Make low-carb by using zucchini noodles
