This Garlic Butter Beef Pasta combines lean ground beef, tender pasta, and a rich, garlicky butter sauce for a quick and easy weeknight dinner. It’s full of flavor, budget-friendly, and ready in 30 minutes.
8 oz pasta
1 lb lean ground beef
4 tbsp butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp red pepper flakes
¼ cup reserved pasta water
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: Parmesan, parsley, spinach, lemon juice
Cook pasta in salted water; reserve ¼ cup water, drain and set aside.
Brown ground beef in skillet, season, and drain fat. Remove and set aside.
In same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
Return beef, add pasta and reserved water. Toss to coat everything in sauce.
Serve with cheese and fresh parsley.
