3–4 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
½ cup sour cream
1–2 cups frozen or cooked mixed vegetables (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1–2 tbsp melted butter (optional, for topping)
¾–1 cup hot water (for stuffing)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13” baking dish.
Prepare stuffing mix with hot water (use less for a crunchier top).
In a bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, veggies, and seasonings.
Spread chicken mixture in the baking dish. Top evenly with prepared stuffing.
Drizzle melted butter on top (optional).
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use rotisserie or leftover chicken for convenience.
Swap in cream of mushroom or celery soup for variation.
