Garlic Cream Pasta – Fast, Cozy & Delicious

A quick and creamy garlic pasta made with fresh garlic, heavy cream, Parmesan, and your favorite pasta. Rich, simple, and ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti, linguine, penne)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 46 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¾1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Reserved pasta water
  • Optional: parsley, red pepper flakes, lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add cream and simmer 2–3 minutes.
  4. Stir in Parmesan and seasonings.
  5. Toss in cooked pasta, adding pasta water as needed to thin sauce.
  6. Garnish and serve immediately.

 

Notes

  • Add grilled chicken or shrimp for protein.
  • Make it vegan with cashew cream and dairy-free cheese.
  • Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days.
