2 pounds chicken breast, cubed
1/3 cup olive oil
1 packet ranch seasoning
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Skewers
Parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Coat chicken and refrigerate for 30–240 minutes.
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes.
  5. Turn regularly until fully cooked.
  6. Add parmesan near the end of grilling.
  7. Rest and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers before grilling. Do not overcook chicken to maintain juiciness.
