1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 green onions, sliced
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Pat shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, and water.
  3. Heat oil and cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side.
  4. Remove shrimp and sauté garlic.
  5. Add sauce and cook until thickened.
  6. Return shrimp and coat in sauce.
  7. Garnish and serve warm.

Notes

Do not overcook shrimp. Adjust honey and vinegar for flavor balance. Serve immediately for best texture.
