1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into even cubes.
  2. Mix oil, ranch seasoning, garlic, lemon juice, and spices.
  3. Toss chicken in marinade and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  4. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning often.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan during the last few minutes.
  7. Remove when fully cooked and rest briefly before serving.
