Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 can black beans, drained
1 cup corn
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup red onion
1 avocado, diced
4 cups romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Cook and chop chicken.
  2. Prepare and chop vegetables.
  3. Combine lettuce, beans, corn, and vegetables.
  4. Add chicken and mix gently.
  5. Whisk dressing and drizzle before serving.
