Tender beef bites and potatoes slow cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce.
1 1/2 pounds beef, cut into cubes
1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
4 tablespoons butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon olive oil, optional
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped
Add vegetables during the last half of cooking if desired.
