A warm tuna melt wrap filled with creamy tuna, melted cheese, and a crisp toasted tortilla. Simple, satisfying, and perfect for quick meals.

Ingredients

1 can tuna in water or oil, drained
2 large flour tortillas
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Flake drained tuna in a bowl.
  2. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings.
  3. Add celery and onion, stir well.
  4. Spread mixture on tortilla.
  5. Add cheese on top.
  6. Fold and roll into wraps.
  7. Cook in buttered skillet until golden.
  8. Flip and cook other side until cheese melts.
  9. Rest briefly, slice, and serve.

Notes

Use different cheeses for varied flavor. Greek yogurt can replace mayonnaise. Toasting in butter adds extra crispness
