1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar

1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup green beans
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1 zucchini, sliced

1 cup baby spinach (optional)
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon lime juice

For serving:
23 cups cooked jasmine rice

Instructions

  1. Cook curry paste with aromatics.
